If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m happy to help! I offer free, no-hassle returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method for free.
Requests for returns after 30 days will be considered on an individual basis, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Please note the following exceptions to this return and exchange policy:
- Sales of discounted and custom items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Simply email kate@bluesundesigns with details of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to Blue Sun Designs using the label provided
custom items
Returns are only allowed on non-custom items. No refunds will be given for custom items (such as baseball cards), but we will work closely during the design process to make sure you’re happy with your final product.

Your product will be shipped in minimal, eco-friendly packaging. The poly mailers used for t-shirts are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Even the shipping labels are recycling-friendly and they’re zero-waste; the release liner (the backing I peel the label off of) is 100% recycled and recyclable.

United States: Choose free shipping (USPS Ground) if you aren’t in a hurry. For a flat rate of $8, upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. Your order will ship from Mankato, Minnesota.
Canada: For a flat rate of $15, your order will be shipped USPS Ground. Your order will ship from Mankato, Minnesota.
